The excitement is palpable as PANA’s Brand Academy 2023 prepares to launch its newest set of classes in June.
Organizers, speakers and attendees alike are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to meet again face-to-face after 3 long years, to share and talk about the latest notes on brand management. Some of the industry’s most
experienced professionals will share insights on what’s new, what’s in and what works.
The Brand Academy is an initiative of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) to help junior brand builders manage the dynamic consumer and media landscape that directly impacts their brands. Uniquely designed as a lively training seminar/workshop, it provides comprehensive and progressive modules and an exceptional roster of media practitioners as mentors and speakers. Over the 9 years since its inception, the Brand Academy has established itself as a reliable source of updated learning in the field of brand management and marketing. Happening Fridays
of June specifically on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd at different accessible venues, this experience will provide an occasion to collaborate with professional contacts.
According to Julie Balarbar of De La Salle University, PANA Director and a co-chair of the Brand Academy committee, “We are thrilled to be launching our newest set of classes and to be able to offer attendees the opportunity to update their brand management skills from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. Our speakers bring years of experience and expertise to the table, and we are confident that attendees will leave our classes feeling energized, inspired, and equipped with the tools they need to take their brands to the next level.”
The upcoming classes cover a wide range of topics, including Marketing and Media Planning (June 2), Corporate Communications (June 9), Business Growth Strategies (June 16) and Creative Strategy and Trends (June 23). To coincide on the last day is an awarding ceremony for the best group presentation since ‘brand plans’ will be an ask for
all participants as a test to find out how much of the lectures they were able to master. The classes are designed to be highly interactive, with opportunities for attendees to ask questions, engage in discussions, and network with the faculty and fellow participants.
“I am really excited about attending the Brand Academy classes,” said one enrollee. “I have been looking for a program like this for a long time, and I am confident that I will learn a lot with practical strategies that I can apply in the company.”
Another attendee added, ” I am so excited to meet the speakers at the Brand Academy. I used to see them in major industry events and read about their thoughts and now am coming to see them face-to-face. Am a big fan! So excited to learn from them. I am confident that the classes will be engaging, informative, and will help me to take my brand to the next level.”
The Brand Academy is open to anyone who is interested in developing their brand management competence, whether they are entrepreneurs or marketing professionals who intend to expand their skills. This year’s venues were provided by our generous partners to further enhance learnings. On June 2 it is going to be at Meta Philippines, June 9 sessions are at Asian Institute of Management and June 16 at Kickstart Ventures.
Last day of the Brand Academy where the friendly competition is going to take place is at Holiday Inn, Makati City.
