2018 PANA, the country’s respected authority in effective, truthful, and responsible marketing communications, is celebrating its 60th anniversary. And with ‘Responsible Brand Building’ as its anniversary theme, what better way to mark such milestone than by giving special recognition to the brilliant men and women behind the scenes. These are the business builders and marketing leaders who not only help shape the marketing industry but give back to the community as well. For these mavericks with hearts of gold, PANA launches the GAWAD PANAta.
The GAWAD PANAta is an exceptional citation bestowed upon marketing practitioners for their outstanding leadership and extraordinary vision. A tribute for their dedicated service to continuously advance Philippine marketing performance to global standards. An honor for being consistent and compelling champions in their respective businesses and advocacies.
“On our 60th year, we want to give credit where credit is due.”, Mr. Rudy Villar, project leader of the GAWAD PANAta, explains. “These people have been raising the bar and re-shaping the marketing industry for the better, for years. These people embody the very best of PANA.”
An elite pool or jurors led by Jury Chair Emily A. Abrera has screened a list of the industry’s finest. Following a criteria of Leadership and Vision for 40%, Body of work for 30%, and Industry and Community Service for 30%, the group has since then selected to confer the GAWAD PANAta to six (6) outstanding individuals. To highlight the prestige this award represents, these six (6) movers, shakers, and game changers will receive a plaque specially designed by no less than renowned sculptor, Ms. Impy Pilapil.
The GAWAD PANAta sets the stage for better, brighter PANA celebrations in the future to come.
