METROBANK FOUNDATION  X PANAF  STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS CHALLENGE

𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨!

Metrobank Foundation, Inc. (MBFI) and Philippine Association of National Advertisers Foundation (PANAF Youth Creativity Festival) organized the 2024 MBFI-PANAF Strategic Communications Challenge to help train future marketers on responsible brand communications.
From eight participating schools, the student team from the University of the Philippines Visayas was awarded the Pinnacle Award of Excellence for making the best case presentation. Student representatives from San Beda University bagged the Award of Excellence for Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos—Awards for Teachers while the students from the National University-Manila received the Award of Excellence for National Teachers’ Month.
Shout out to the participating schools, namely, the Ateneo de Davao University, De La Salle-Benilde Antipolo, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Official), University of Makati, University of the Philippines Tacloban (UP) Tacloban, for their research-based ideas and insights to MBFI’s programs to recognize and honor our teachers.
All participating teams received a cash prize amounting to PHP30,000. The teams who were recognized for the award of excellence got an additional PHP10,000 cash prize each while the champion team got PHP20,000 cash prize.
The best presentations were announced and recognized on April 30, 2024 at the Penthouse of the Manila Doctors Hospital in Ermita, Manila.
PANAF is the “heart” of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) which promotes ethical practice and values among marketing and advertising students. Every year, PANAF conducts the PANAnaw Awards Competition, a Brand Communications Students’ Competition to help advance responsible brand building among our future marketers. MBFI-PANAF Strategic Communications Challenge was extended to schools that topped the 2023 PANAnaw Awards Competition.

RADYO CSR PARTNERS WITH PANA FOUNDATION FOR 2024 PROJECTS

RADYO CSR (RCSR) and PANA Foundation have recently collaborated with former agreeing to be PANAF’s radio program partner.  Radyo CSR will provide live segment interviews, special features and other promotions to support the Foundation’s projects slated for the year. RCSR airs its segments every Saturday from 8:00-9:00 am on DZXL 558AM and also on Radyo CSR’s Facebook page and other social media platforms.

PANA Foundation has outlined its student-centric activities for the upcoming period, including the Youth Creativity Festival, School RoadTRIP, and the PANAnaw Brand Communications Competition.

The agreement was sealed with a MOA signing between PANAF Chairperson Blen Fernando and Max Ventura of Maximus Prime Consultancy & Management Services OPC, the producer of Radyo CSR. The event was witnessed by PANA Foundation trustees Drew Ahorro (Kolin Phils.), Atty. Eric Joven (Beauty Profile Corporation), Alan Fontanilla (Packworks), and Wendell Labre (Bayad Center). This partnership promises to be mutually beneficial, enhancing the reach and impact of both organizations’ initiatives.
