Marvin Tiu-Lim currently serves as Mega Global Corporation’s Chief Growth and Development Officer. With his strong background in marketing and entrepreneurial expertise, Marvin has been instrumental in the company’s growth and innovation for the past 5 years. From product and process development to distribution and marketing, Marvin successfully strengthened the company’s value chain which allowed Mega Global to become a market leader in the industry.

Prior to his current role, Marvin led the marketing arm of Mega Global Corporation. Under his direction, he was able to transform the company from a single-brand to a 4-brand enterprise and to drive brand relevance and engagement through digital marketing strategies and advocacy efforts that effectively resonate with target consumers.  With his aggressive and consumer-first marketing approach, Mega Global has reaped industry recognitions such as Excellence in Brand Positioning from PANATA Awards for Mega Prime and Mega Sardines and has remained to be the top sardines brand in the country for 2017, 2018, and 2020 based on Nielsen and Kantar studies. 

Aside from marketing, he also strengthened distribution channels by devising local and regional programs that led to significant sales growth across all regions. Through sales automation, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships, he was able to increase distribution channels by 100% and launch Mega Global products in major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, and Mega Online Store.

In line with the company’s core value of malasakit, Marvin strongly promotes people empowerment and nation-building advocacies in all his plans for the company. He consistently integrates internal and external CSR initiatives into Mega Global’s growth and development strategies, believing that giving back is an essential part of the company’s vision.

Marvin also founded several enterprises such as trucking solutions provider AutoKid Subic Trading Corp., laptop distributor LaptopKid Trading Corp., The Points Boys, and MTL Financing Corp. He also serves as the President of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers. 

Marvin obtained his Masters in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Executive Programs both from Singularity University of San Francisco and London Business School.
