INTRODUCTION

The Philippine Association of National Advertisers Foundation (“PANAF”) Youth Creativity Festival 2023 (“YCF”) is a whole day summit for the development of academics through supplemental hands-on training not just for students but for the faculty as well. It features a multi-panel of relevant speakers from different creative disciplines will deliver inspiring talks and engage the future practitioners, encouraging them to channel their energies to meaningful creativity that positively impacts life, business, brands, and culture. By joining the YCF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

ELIGIBILITY

To join, you must be at least 16 years old and above, senior high or college student taking up marketing communications, business and arts strand / course.

USER CONTENT

All content that you submit to the YCF, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and music, is your own original work and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and that PANAF is not liable for any User Content.

USE OF THE YCF

You agree to use YCF name logo and all other brand elements identifiable to it, in a responsible and respectful manner. This includes but not limited to:

• • Not posting any content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
  • Not harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
  • Not spamming the YCF with irrelevant content.
  • Not attempting to hack or otherwise compromise the security of the YCF.

PANAF’s RIGHTS

PANAF reserves the right to deny acceptance of your registration if you violate these Terms. PANAF also reserves the right to report you to the school concerned if you violate these Terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PANAF is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, you incurred during the YCF event.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PANAF with respect to your registration in the YCF.
