Manila, Philippines—August 20, 2015 – Teleperformance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced customer experience management services, recently concluded the national grand finals of the 2015 For Fun Festival at The Tents in Alphaland Southgate Mall, Makati City.

For Fun Festival (FFF) is an annual event within Teleperformance that seeks to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary artistic talents of its employees. Now on its 6th year, the FFF continues to provide a stage for Teleperformance homegrown talent to shine and share their individual passions in art, music, and dance.

With the theme, “Express your talent! It’s your time to be in the spotlight,” the 2015 FFF drew a total of 70 entries from all 16 sites of Teleperformance Philippines. Among the entries, only the top five finalists in each of the three categories—art, music, and dance—advanced to the FFF grand finals.

For the art category, Julie Ann Baldon of Teleperformance Antipolo bagged the grand prize for her charismatic portrait of Mother Teresa. Entitled “Wrinkled Joy,” the acrylic painting brought to life a smiling face of the late Mother Teresa in her classic white and blue coif.

Meanwhile, Teleperformance Cebu’s Jonathan Casinares’ powerful yet soulful rendition of Sam Smith’s “Lay Me Down” was proclaimed as the best performance for the music category.

For the dance category, “DNA,” a duo composed of Teleperformance Bacolod employees John Alexander Maravilla and Charles Edward Maravilla, bested the other four dance groups. The energetic dance number of the twins brought the house down with their perfect synchrony and strong stage presence.

Teleperformance Philippines managing director Travis Coates and other company leaders, together with hundreds of employees and supporters, came to watch the inspiring creations and heart-stopping performances of the finalists.

“I congratulate all the finalists in this year’s For Fun Festival. I am really grateful and proud of our employees, not only for their talent, but also for their dedication to this company. This goes to show that at Teleperformance, we are truly defined by our people. Working hard, playing hard and learning everyday ensures that we create an atmosphere where each employee is able to grow professionally and personally, and in return deliver the best experience to our clients and customers,” Coates said during the awarding ceremony.

The panel of judges during the grand finals includes multi-awarded singer, composer and songwriter Jimmy Bondoc, Miss World 2014 3rd Princess Nicole Donesa, and Addlib choreographer and dance artist Ed Bellosillo.

The grand prize winners each received P25,000, while the second and third place winners received P15,000 and P10,000, respectively. The grand winners will face the other Teleperformance FFF champions from 62 countries in the global For Fun Festival, where the grand prize of US$ 6,000 is at stake.
