Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC), the local licensee of 7-Eleven convenience stores, has announced that its Chairman of the Board, Jose T. Pardo, will retire and step down from his post effective July 17, 2025.

 

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, PSC said that during its annual stockholders’ meeting and subsequent organizational board meeting on July 17, Pardo will transition to the role of Chairman Emeritus.
