Manila, Philippines—August 10, 2015 – Teleperformance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced customer experience management services, recently held the ONE Leadership Summit, a one-day convention of the senior leadership team of Teleperformance Philippines, which aimed at celebrating the successes, as well as examining the challenges of the company over the past year.

Inspired by the concept of the Lego building block—where a unique piece can be connected with several other pieces to form a bigger, stronger structure—the ONE Leadership Summit yielded engaging activities that reinforced team spirit within Teleperformance’s diverse and dynamic business groups.

Travis Coates, Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director, led the summit and underscored the need for the team to live the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Professionalism, Innovation and Commitment in carrying out business strategies. He also summed up his directions as focusing on making swift yet smart decisions, elevating one’s team by surpassing expectations, and abandoning complacency and mediocrity.

Meanwhile, Jeff Balagna, Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance English World and Asia Pacific region, and David Rizzo, President of Teleperformance Asia Pacific, delivered empowering insights on leadership and growth accountabilities and reminded the delegates to continue reaching out to the key leaders as they turn opportunities into wins.

Teleperformance also invited renowned motivational speaker Anthony Pangilinan who emphasized the importance of leadership through values and capitalizing on enduring values that drive decisions, which impact behavior and in turn produce better team performance.

Over 100 of the company’s leaders from the operations, business development and support teams from across the country gathered in the event held at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.
