The Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) has pledged support for the EDSA Outdoor Gallery Project of the Department of Tourism (DOT). As part of the Visit the Philippines Year 2015 campaign, the DOT, together with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), National Museum, Ayala Museum and other stakeholders, will turn the strip of EDSA between Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue and EDSA POEA into world’s largest outdoor art gallery. The gallery will showcase the diverse artistry of the Filipino masters of classic and modern art. The paintings of Fernando Amorsolo, Vicente Manansala, Juan Luna and Carlos Francisco among others will be displayed for 20 days from October 26 to November 15, 2015.

This initiative will not only give Filipinos an opportunity to celebrate Philippine artistry and effect a global phenomenon, but will also give more reason to value the importance of outdoor advertising. It will also serve as a medium to remind all Filipinos and foreign visitors that the Philippines is rich in heritage of culture and arts.

PANA encourages its members, especially those who have materials on the said sites, to participate in this one of a kind milestone.
